A Lesson from Psychology

We are a society that refuses to experience and share negative emotions. The facade inhibits growth, prevents connection, and increases suffering.


Happiness and joy are only two of many emotions, all others just as worthy and instrumental.

So, stop suggesting that we root a good life in a positive mindset. This oversimplification is both erroneous and harmful.
