The Chaos Theory Admonition

As my troubles subside,

As my frightened dog mellows and behaves,

As my friends draw lovingly closer

and

As my peace is made with the past,

the world around me

is evolving in dissimilar ways

hinting of evil

in the guise of a shepherd.

New voices are hateful,

ugly

Loud

vomiting unspeakable words

all suddenly okay'ed because

the voices are unified

in singular personal gain.

Heed a warning

of the Butterfly Effect

and the theory of Chaos.

The Effect of the Cause,

The seemingly inocuous flapping

of mouths

The secret handshaking

of tyrants

The imperceptible blinking

of a million blind eyes

will ripple through the ocean

and the tides will typhoon back

repercussing into

each of our own little worlds.

Let's

Beware of what we ask for

when we do not contemplate

or if we do not understand

the sacred

fragile

elements comprising the entire, complex and interdependent

System.

We are not individual.

Tomorrows come from todays.

Behaviors develop in unnoticeable but progressive degrees.

And, though cliché,

"it will come back to you," us,

in the way we sent it outward,

when ongoing okay's are given

to unchecked thoughts

disinhibited words

impulsive actions

and inconsiderations of all kinds.

We are all players and

the typhoon is already stirring

soon to be real

if we do not harness its motion

and intent

to Destruct.

We, All People,

have the Power of Prevention

only if

we have eyes open

understand All history

and each make the choice

to quell

our own chaos.
